1. Acceptable Use
You may only scan domains, IP addresses, and infrastructure you own or have explicit authorization to assess. Unauthorized scanning of third-party assets violates these terms and may violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in unauthorized reconnaissance.
2. OSINT Disclaimer
MAGO Intelligence Grid performs Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection. Most modules query publicly available data sources including DNS records, WHOIS databases, BGP routing tables, certificate transparency logs, and threat intelligence feeds. Paid Recon includes an HTTP probe that contacts the target. We do not perform exploitation, credential brute-forcing, or unauthorized access. You confirm authorization before a paid scan. Reports reflect information available at the time of scan.
3. Payment and Refunds
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Scans are executed immediately upon successful payment. Due to the computational resources consumed during scan execution, refunds are not available for completed scans. If a scan fails due to a platform error, contact security.mago@gmail.com for resolution. Credit bundles and subscription credits are non-refundable once purchased.
4. Service Availability
MAGO Intelligence Grid is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific uptime or response times unless explicitly agreed in an enterprise contract. Scheduled maintenance windows may occur without prior notice. For mission-critical requirements, contact us regarding enterprise SLA options.
5. Jurisdiction and Compliance
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. MAGO operates in compliance with LGPD (Lei Geral de Protecao de Dados). For GDPR inquiries from EU users, contact security.mago@gmail.com. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
6. Data Retention
Scan reports are retained according to the subscription plan:
After expiration, reports are permanently deleted. Download your reports before expiration if you require long-term retention.
7. Limitation of Liability
MAGO Intelligence Grid provides information for defensive security assessment purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of scan results. We are not liable for decisions made based on scan data, missed vulnerabilities, false positives, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific scan in question.
