Terms of Service

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mago.team and the MAGO Intelligence Grid platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tecnomancy ("we", "us", "our"), the organization that operates the MAGO Intelligence Grid.

02 Service Description

MAGO Intelligence Grid is a domain intelligence and security assessment platform. The Service performs automated reconnaissance, vulnerability analysis, and intelligence correlation on user-specified targets, delivering structured reports.

The Service includes both passive data collection (querying public data sources) and active assessment techniques (making direct requests to target infrastructure). Active scans require explicit user confirmation of target authorization.

03 Acceptable Use

You may use the Service to scan domains and IP addresses that you own or for which you have written authorization to assess. By initiating a scan, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to scan the specified target.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Scanning targets without proper authorization from the target owner
• Using scan results to facilitate illegal activities, unauthorized access, or exploitation
• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing scan data or reports without written permission
• Automated or bulk access to the Service beyond intended usage (API abuse, scraping, or denial-of-service)
• Submitting targets with the intent to harass, stalk, or cause harm to individuals or organizations
• Circumventing rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or access controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.

04 Account and Payments

The Service offers both free and paid scan tiers. Free scans provide limited intelligence modules. Paid scans unlock additional modules and extended report access.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials on our servers. All prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if a scan failed to complete due to a platform error. Refunds are not available for completed scans, even if the results were not what you expected. Contact security@mago.team for refund requests.

05 Intellectual Property

Scan reports generated by the Service are licensed to the purchaser for their internal use. You may share reports with authorized parties (e.g., your security team, clients you are assessing on behalf of) but may not publicly redistribute or resell them.

The MAGO Intelligence Grid platform, including its source code, design, algorithms, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Tecnomancy. No license to the platform itself is granted by using the Service.

06 Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of scan results. Intelligence data is aggregated from multiple public and third-party sources that may contain errors or outdated information.

Tecnomancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on scan results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific scan in question.

You are solely responsible for how you use scan results. We are not liable for any actions you take based on information provided by the Service.

07 Data Retention

Scan results are stored for the duration associated with your scan tier:

• Free scans: results are deleted after 24 hours
• Paid scans: results are available for the report link duration purchased (minimum 7 days), then automatically deleted
• Extended retention is available as an add-on at purchase time

Once a report expires, all associated data is permanently deleted from our systems. We do not maintain backups of expired reports.

08 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the platform interface.

09 Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Brazilian courts.
