What happens if I want more credits?
Buy extra credits from your account while subscribed. Those credits do not expire.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
No. The monthly allowance resets. Purchased credits stay.
How is AI billed?
AI is on Detective+. Module credits are billed as usual; token usage is billed on top when the agent runs. Operative runs the modules without the agent.
How long are reports kept?
Operative 24 hours. Detective 7 days. Chief 90 days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account. Purchased credits remain.
